智通财经APP讯，中关村科技租赁(01601)发布公告，于2025年6月26日，公司作为出租人与承租人山东煦国能源有限责任公司订立融资租赁协议II，据此，(i)出租人将购入承租人自有租赁资产II，转让价款为人民币6500万元;及(ii)出租人将租赁资产II租回给承租人，租赁期为12个月，总租赁款项约为人民币6698.94万元，包括融资租赁本金为人民币6500万元及融资租赁利息收入(含增值税)约为人民币198.94万元。
于2025年6月26日，公司作为出租人与承租人订立融资租赁协议III，据此(其中包括)，公司(作为出租人)同意：(i)购入承租人自有租赁资产III，转让价款为人民币6700万元;及(ii)将租赁资产III租回给承租人，租赁期为12个月，总租赁款项约为人民币6905.06万元，包括融资租赁本金为人民币6700万元及融资租赁利息收入(含增值税)约为人民币205.06万元。
租赁资产II为发电设备，账面净值约为人民币6797.52万元。租赁资产III为发电设备，账面净值约为人民币7440.24万元。
公司的主要业务为向客户提供融资租赁及咨询服务。订立融资租赁协议为公司部分日常及一般业务，预期将为公司带来稳定收入及现金流。
