独立非执行董事杜紫云女士(杜女士)已获委任为董事局提名委员会(提名委员会)成员，自2025年6月26日起生效。于有关委任后，提名委员会由四名成员组成，即魏纯暹先生、董涣樟先生、杜女士及梁浩鸣先生，其中魏纯暹先生担任提名委员会主席。
