智通财经APP讯，优然牧业(09858)公布，于2025年6月27日，该公司全资附属内蒙古优创实业有限责任公司拟向内蒙古国家乳业技术创新中心有限责任公司出售反刍动物营养与健康技术研究中心，最终代价估计将不超过人民币2.5亿元。
根据研究中心买卖协议，卖方负责于该土地上完成研究中心的全面开发及建设。研究中心的总规划建筑面积为11,592.3平方米。
公告称，出售研究中心及该土地可减少集团的即时资本开支，改善其现金流状况，并有助集团过渡至较轻资产的营运模式，从而释放资金以应付其他核心业务需要;凭借买方╱国家乳业技术创新中心的财务资源及集团成熟的项目准备状态，本次合作将显著加快项目的建设及营运启动，从而更快地实现其战略价值。
此外，本次交易巩固了集团与国家乳业技术创新中心的战略合作关系。出售后，该集团按需要租用研究中心。此项安排将确保集团可持续使用国家乳业技术创新中心的优质资源和设施。此项协同安排可让集团利用国家乳业技术创新中心的资源及专业知识，加快在优质奶牛基因、饲料转化效率及奶牛健康解决方案等关键领域实现技术突破，从而提升集团的核心竞争力，巩固其在中国乳业上游市场的领导地位。
