6月27日，联合资信公布评级报告，新希望六和股份有限公司公开发行A股可转换公司债券信用评级获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，新希望六和股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）作为国内农牧行业龙头上市公司之一，完成战略调整后主营业务进一步聚焦于饲料和生猪养殖屠宰领域，跟踪期内，在经营规模和产业话语权、技术研发、农牧产业链一体化等方面的竞争优势延续，综合竞争实力强，经营管理规范。2024年，饲料产业受下游生猪养殖产能去化影响产销回落，受益于原料采购成本下降及配方优化，盈利相对稳健；猪价回暖叠加养殖成本优化，猪产业毛利率转正；经营效率指标表现良好。财务方面，公司货币资金储备较高，持有优质金融资产，资产流动性和质量较好；权益小幅积累，债务规模回落，债务期限结构保持均衡，但整体债务负担仍重；营业收入保持较大规模，期间费用控制能力稳健，上年所处的经营性亏损情形得到明显改善，叠加投资收益的支撑，利润总额实现归正，经营活动现金流延续大规模净流入态势，资本支出规模回落，偿债指标表现尚可，较为通畅的直接、间接融资渠道，均对“希望转债”“希望转2”的偿债形成支撑。
