　　2025年新领军者年会于6月24-26日在天津举办，本届新领军者年会主题为“新时代企业家精神”。在“解读中国经济”论坛上，国际货币基金组织（IMF）前副总裁、中国国际经济交流中心资深专家委员朱民表示，AI对于经济有巨大的影响，相信DeepSeek是可以改变整个游戏规则的技术突破。

　　“中国有这么多的工程师资源，有这么海量的产业场景，我们可以畅想数百个应用软件会推出。算力、算法、应用、政策各方面都到位，所以AI+时代来临了。” 朱民说。
