智通财经APP讯，东岳集团(00189)发布公告，公司近日收到参股公司山东东岳未来氢能材料股份有限公司(未来材料)的书面通知，未来材料已向上海证券交易所提交了首次公开发行股票并在上海证券交易所科创板上市的申请材料，而有关申请已获得上海证券交易所受理。
未来材料为公司的联营公司及一家于中国成立的股份有限公司，主要从事氟化质子交换膜、其关键原材料及衍生产品的研究、生产及销售业务。于本公告日期，东岳氟硅科技集团有限公司(公司的全资附属公司)持有未来材料8.33%股权，山东东岳有机硅材料股份有限公司(公司的间接非全资附属公司)持有未来材料5.14%股权。
