格隆汇6月27日丨生活概念(08056.HK)发布公告，集团预期将由截至2024年3月31日止年度的亏损约1950万港元扭亏为盈至截至2025年3月31日止年度的溢利约4700万港元至5200万港元。上述2025年度的溢利增加主要由于1)解散附属公司的收益约为2680万港元；2)债务重组收益约为3520万港元；及3)2024年度的非金融资产一笔过减值亏损约为870万港元。
