汇丰研究发表报告指,内房债务重组取得进展及离岸债券市场重开有助提振市场气氛,龙湖(00960.HK) 是信贷正常化扩大的受惠者;陷入困境的发展商重新定位,有望在明年转势。
报告指,内房第二轮债务重组近期更多好消息。6月4日,旭辉(00884.HK) 离岸债务重组计划获批准,涉及减债53亿美元或将离岸债务削减66%。碧桂园(02007.HK) 及龙光(03380.HK) 亦于6月初修订其重组方案,以促进进展。由于“白名单”支持逐步交付房屋,该行认为债权人对受困发展商的营运恢复信心,并对债务削减作为务实的解决方案持开放态度。
