华润置地发布5月经营数据：不动产租金收入稳健增长
日前，华润置地发布2025年5月经营数据。数据显示，公司销售维持行业前三，拿地强度较高，经常性收入稳健增长。数据显示，5月份公司实现总合同销售金额183.5亿元，环比上涨6.1%。1～5月，公司累计实现合同销售金额868.5亿元，同比下降6.3%，但与此同时实现销售均价26955元/平方米，同比上涨15.8%，项目均价明显提升，全口径销售金额排名行业第三。6月，华润置地将迎来在北京、上海的项目入市，预计销售表现或将超预期。
值得一提的是，华润置地的不动产业务租金维持较快增长。5月，公司经常性收入40.9亿元，同比增加6.2%；其中经营性不动产业务租金收入26.9亿元，同比增长13.0%。1～5月公司累计经常性收入204.4亿元，同比增加9.6%；累计经营性不动产业务租金收入132.8亿元，同比增加12.9%。
有券商研报指出，华润置地销售拿地稳健，市占率持续提升，充裕土储保障未来结转业绩，经常性业务盈利水平高企，维持“买入”评级。
