日前,华润置地发布2025年5月经营数据。数据显示,公司销售维持行业前三,拿地强度较高,经常性收入稳健增长。数据显示,5月份公司实现总合同销售金额183.5亿元,环比上涨6.1%。1~5月,公司累计实现合同销售金额868.5亿元,同比下降6.3%,但与此同时实现销售均价26955元/平方米,同比上涨15.8%,项目均价明显提升,全口径销售金额排名行业第三。6月,华润置地将迎来在北京、上海的项目入市,预计销售表现或将超预期。
值得一提的是,华润置地的不动产业务租金维持较快增长。5月,公司经常性收入40.9亿元,同比增加6.2%;其中经营性不动产业务租金收入26.9亿元,同比增长13.0%。1~5月公司累计经常性收入204.4亿元,同比增加9.6%;累计经营性不动产业务租金收入132.8亿元,同比增加12.9%。
有券商研报指出,华润置地销售拿地稳健,市占率持续提升,充裕土储保障未来结转业绩,经常性业务盈利水平高企,维持“买入”评级。
