2025年6月26日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，北京朝阳国有资本运营管理有限公司2022年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)(品种二)跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论。中诚信国际认为，朝阳区的经济财政实力及增长能力在北京市内领先，潜在的支持能力很强；跟踪期内，北京朝阳国有资本运营管理有限公司（以下简称“朝阳国资”或“公司”）在推进朝阳区地区建设中发挥重要作用，对朝阳区政府的重要性高，且与朝阳区政府维持高度的紧密关系，当前基建及棚改板块稳定性及可持续性较强，且跟踪期内上市子公司顺利解除退市风险。同时，需关注公司净利润亏损超百亿元、资产质量有待提升、偿债指标有待改善等对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，北京朝阳国有资本运营管理有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
