据九派新闻，近日，有网传消息称，京东外卖试点骑手帮扔垃圾，引发关注。对此，京东一名工作人员表示，全职骑手“帮扔垃圾”当前仅停留在方案和小范围测试阶段，并未正式上线，平台将根据反馈对该服务进行评估和优化。 据网传截图，在外卖群中，有人发布信息称，从6月19日起，在北京、宿迁首批试点外卖员帮用户扔垃圾，后续又加入深圳、广州、成都等10个城市。 目前实际测试的费用是每单平台补贴0.5元，用户也可以根据情况给骑手打赏，而非先前说的0.2元。其强调，该服务在用户有明确需求后才会触发，平台同时为骑手配备了一次性手套和消毒液，做到安心配送。
