6月27日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对广元市园区建设投资集团有限公司及“19广元建设债01/19广建01”、“19广元建设债02/19广建02”和“20广元小微债/20广元债”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持广元市园区建设投资集团有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“19广元建设债01/19广建01”、“19广元建设债02/19广建02”和“20广元小微债/20广元债”的信用等级均为AA。
资料显示，广元市园区建设投资集团有限公司是广元经济技术开发区重要的基础设施建设主体，主要从事区域内的基础设施及保障房建设等业务。截至2024年末，公司注册资本、实收资本均为人民币6.15亿元，广元发展集团有限公司为公司控股股东，广元市政府国有资产监督管理委员会为公司实际控制人。
东方金诚认为，跟踪期内，广元市经济实力依然很强，广元经济技术开发区发展前景较好；公司业务区域专营性仍较强，继续获得实际控制人及相关各方的支持。同时，东方金诚关注到，公司仍面临较大的资本支出压力，资产流动性依然较弱，短期内面临较大的偿债压力。综上所述，公司的主体信用风险很低，偿债能力很强，“19广元建设债01/19广建01”、“19广元建设债02/19广建02”和“20广元小微债/20广元债”到期不能偿还的风险仍很低。
