中国外运(0598.HK)宣布，间接全资附属招商船企、CITIC Capital Maneuver及FV Pallet，分别出售各自持有路凯国际25%、3%及2%股权。其中招商船企出售的25%股权对价为4.72亿美元(约33.82亿元人民币)。买方为MIC Industrial Investments 4 RSC LTD。 该公司预计，出售事项录得收益约17.93亿元人民币，预计带来现金流入约44.42亿元人民币，拟将有关收益用于补充集团流动资金等。 路凯国际的主要业务为澳洲、新西兰、东南亚及大中华地区提供托盘、托盘笼/架、生鲜筐/箱、散货物流箱及配套辅助设备的租赁、维修、清洗、残值处置、批发、佣金代理和进出口。出售事项完成后，公司将透过招商船企仍间接持有路凯国际20%股权，路凯国际将继续为其联营企业。
