智通财经APP获悉，万国数据-SW(09698)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.42%，报29.5港元，成交额1亿港元。
消息面上，据万国数据官微消息，6月26日，南方基金发出公告，南方万国数据中心封闭式基础设施证券投资基金(以下简称“南方万国数据中心REIT”)将于7月1日进行网下询价。
此前的6月18日，南方万国数据中心REIT正式获得中国证监会注册批复及上交所无异议函。该项目底层资产为位于江苏省昆山市的国金数据中心，拟募集资金规模为19.33亿元。据悉，该REIT是首批数据中心REITs之一，也是上交所首单数据中心REIT。
万国数据表示，作为全国首批、上交所首单落地的新型基础设施REITs项目，南方万国数据中心REIT成为继全国首单数据中心持有型不动产ABS挂牌后，万国数据在资产证券化领域取得的又一突破。
