Blackstone Minerals (ASX:BSX) appointed Carla Healy and Tim Slate to jointly act as chief financial officer and company secretary, effective June 27, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The appointments are a part of the company's merger with IDM International, under which it has appointed several board members of IDM to its board.

Slate has over 15 years of experience in accounting and the company secretarial profession and has worked across a wide range of multinational companies and smaller companies in Perth, including Australia and UK-listed companies, the filing said.

Healy has 20 years of experience in Perth, London, and Singapore, and she provides accounting and corporate secretarial advice to both private and public companies, the filing added.
