乐居财经 李兰 近日，据肃州区发布，酒泉红星美凯龙商业综合体项目计划2025年底前正式开业运营。

据悉，项目运营后，年营业额将达到8000万元以上，利税1000万元以上，解决就业岗位500个以上。

值得关注的是，红星美凯龙集团层面财务表现呈现积极态势。2024年全年，红星美凯龙实现营业收入78.21亿元。尤为关键的是，2024年第四季度，红星美凯龙经营活动产生的现金流量净额达到7.48亿元，连续两个季度为正，释放出经营改善的明确信号。自营商场平均出租率也上升至83.0%。

截至2024年底，红星美凯龙已建立起广泛的实体商场网络：经营77家自营商场，257家不同管理深度的委管商场，通过战略合作经营7家家居商场。此外，红星美凯龙以特许经营方式授权33家特许经营家居建材项目，共包括405家家居建材店/产业街。

展望2025年，红星美凯龙在年报中明确将继续稳步推进主营业务及扩展性业务。为顺应一站式消费需求趋势，公司将继续深化“3+星生态”的践行，打破家电、家居、家装边界，在强化家居主赛道护城河的同时，强势拓展新品类、新业态，打造“家消费生态聚合场”，从而夯实红星美凯龙的行业龙头地位。
