IT之家 6月27日消息，科技媒体9to5mac今天（6月27日）发布博文，报道称Epic Games首席执行官蒂姆・斯维尼（Tim Sweeney）依然不满苹果欧洲新规，认为新条款“公然违法”，且是“对公平竞争的嘲弄”。
IT之家今早报道，苹果公司为了规避欧盟的罚款，在欧洲地区推行新规，进一步削减第三方应用的相关费用。
蒂姆・斯维尼是Epic Games的创始人和首席执行官，同时也是虚幻引擎（Unreal Engine）的开发者，该引擎被广泛应用于游戏开发领域，支持了众多AAA级游戏，因此他被认为是虚幻引擎之父。
斯维尼在X平台发布推文，苹果最新的DMA更新“在欧洲和美国都公然违法”，并将其称为“恶意合规计划”，这“是对公平竞争的嘲笑”。
斯维尼认为使用替代支付方式的开发者“不仅被征税，而且在App Store上商业上受到严重削弱”。
