6月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，晋能控股煤业集团有限公司2023年度第五期中期票据获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，晋能控股煤业集团有限公司（以下简称“公司”）为晋能控股集团有限公司（以下简称“晋能控股集团”）下属煤炭业务核心开展主体。跟踪期内，公司保持了煤炭业务丰富的资源储备，产能规模优势以及煤电协同的业务布局；收入规模受煤炭价格和产销量下降、贸易业务压缩等因素影响而下降，综合毛利率变化不大。2024年公司原煤产量有所下降，开采成本小幅上升，煤炭销售价格进一步回落，销售情况良好。整体看，公司经营风险仍很低。公司重资产运营特征明显，在建项目规模较大，同时期末其他应收款占款严重，需持续关注相关款项回收风险；资产受限比例低。公司所有者权益结构稳定性有待优化。公司债务渠道较为稳定，债务负担仍很重。2024年，公司收入规模同比下降，期间费用率较高，对利润形成较大侵蚀，经营性利润同比大幅减少，但综合近三年盈利能力指标看表现仍强；2025年一季度盈利规模进一步减少。跟踪期内，公司经营活动现金流量净流入额同比大幅减少。公司偿债指标整体表现弱化，仍处于一般水平。整体看，公司财务风险升高至很低水平。综合公司经营和财务风险表现，考虑到股东晋能控股集团对公司业务的有力支持，公司偿还债务的能力仍属极强。
