US DOJ settles merger case over HPE's $13 billion Juniper deal, Bloomberg News reports

June 28 (Reuters) - The U.S. Department of Justice settled its lawsuit challenging Hewlett Packard Enterprise's HPE.N $13 billion takeover of Juniper Networks JNPR.N, Bloomberg News reported on Saturday.

The settlement was disclosed in court filings late Friday and will require the combined company to sell HPE's Instant On wireless networking business and auction off a license to Juniper's competing Mist business, Bloomberg said.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
