Fiserv to Partner with PayPal and Circle to Launch the USD Stablecoin FIUSD

The token is expected to be officially launched by the end of the year, initially operating on the Solana blockchain and integrated with Fiserv's core banking platform Finxact.

This collaboration aims to leverage Fiserv's extensive network—which includes over 10,000 financial institutions and 6 million merchants—to expand the coverage of digital asset services. The design goal of FIUSD is to achieve seamless payment settlement, remittance, and invoice reconciliation through tokenized US dollars.
