6月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，国家开发投资集团有限公司2024年度第一期中期票据获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，国家开发投资集团有限公司（以下简称“公司”）为中央直属大型国有投资控股公司，发挥国有资本投资公司的投资导向、结构调整及产业培育作用。公司业务多元化发展，涉及能源产业、数字/科技产业、民生健康及产业金融等多个业务板块，能源产业规模优势明显，市场地位高。跟踪期内，公司治理结构及主要管理制度延续，2024年公司贸易业务收入规模下降导致公司营业总收入同比下降，但受益于公司电力业务毛利率提升，公司综合毛利率小幅提升。公司电力装机规模有所增长，电源结构仍以水电为主，整体机组运行效率同比略有下降。公司资产流动性较强，2024年各项债务指标保持稳定，经营获现能够覆盖投资支出，整体偿债能力指标表现非常强。综合公司经营和财务风险表现，公司偿还债务的能力极强，本报告所跟踪债券违约概率极低。
