6月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，天府信用增进股份有限公司2023年面向专业投资者公开发行可续期公司债券(第一期)获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，天府信用增进股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）作为省级信用增进机构，跟踪期内，公司控股股东变更为四川金融控股集团有限公司（以下简称“四川金控”），实际控制人变更为四川省财政厅，股东背景仍属很强；公司治理结构和内控制度较为完善，风险管理水平较高。2024年，公司保持很强行业竞争力，增信业务发生额和期末增信业务余额均有所增长，业务规模很大，区域竞争力很强。截至2024年末，公司资本实力很强，盈利能力属很强，整体代偿能力极强。
