 2025年6月16日，申万宏源证券助力“上海国有资产经营有限公司2025年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券（第四期）”成功发行，本期债券发行规模19亿元，发行期限为3年，票面利率1.75%。申万宏源证券作为联席主承销商，协助上海国资经营公司抓取债市优势窗口，加强与机构投资者沟通，本期债券簿记当日获得近100亿元的超高全场认购规模，充分体现了市场投资者对发行人优质主体的高度认可。

上海国资经营公司是上海国际集团系统战略性金融资产的重要持股公司，亦是公司长期合作、深度服务的重要战略客户。2016年，公司即作为牵头主承销商为上海国资经营公司提供专业、优质的债券融资服务；2022年，公司支持上海国资经营公司成功发行全国首批、上海首单科技创新公司债券，助力发行人成功拓宽科技创新融资渠道、引领产业转型升级。2025年以来，申万宏源证券助力上海国资经营公司先后完成三期公司债券发行，募集资金合计44亿元，其中，2025年1月发行的“25沪国K1”票面利率为1.68%，系2015年以来上海地区AAA主体公司债券的最低发行利率。
