6月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，新兴际华集团有限公司2021年度第三期中期票据获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，新兴际华集团有限公司（以下简称“公司”）是国务院国有资产监督管理委员会直属的大型中央企业，在行业地位、生产规模和资金流动性等方面保持了很强的竞争优势。跟踪期内，公司离心球墨铸铁管在行业内仍处于领先地位，产能规模优势和技术优势突出。2024年，受行业景气度影响，公司冶金铸造等主要业务板块收入和毛利率同比均有不同程度下降，经营业绩总体下降，叠加下属子公司计提大额资产减值损失和信用减值损失，公司发生大额亏损，所有者权益大幅下降；公司经营活动现金流净额及现金收入比大幅下降，公司应收类款项和存货对资金形成一定占用，偿债指标明显下降。受权益规模收缩影响，2024年公司债务杠杆有所提高，但公司债务期限结构合理，货币资金充裕，资产受限比例很低，同时考虑到公司具备央企平台优势且综合实力强，再融资渠道畅通，公司实际偿债能力仍极强。综合跟踪期内公司经营风险和财务风险表现，同时考虑政府支持因素，其整体偿还债务的能力仍属极强。2024年，公司现金类资产和经营活动现金流入量对本报告所跟踪债券的偿付保障能力强，本报告所跟踪债券违约概率极低。
