6月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，2020年嘉兴市闻川城市投资建设有限公司公司债券获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，嘉兴市闻川城市投资发展集团有限公司（以下简称“公司”）仍是浙江省嘉兴市秀洲区重要的土地整理、基础设施建设和安置房建设主体。秀洲区为嘉兴市的主城区之一，区位优势显著，2024年，秀洲区经济实力不断增强，公司外部发展环境良好。2024年，公司收入主要来自于基础设施建设和安置房建设收入，在建项目主要集中在基础设施建设、土地整理和安置房建设业务，未来尚需投资规模较大，业务可持续性较好，但整体回款较为滞后，且账面资金沉淀规模较大，成本变现受政府结算进度影响较大。公司整体债务负担较重，偿债能力指标表现弱，短期偿债压力较大，间接融资渠道畅通。嘉兴市产业发展集团有限公司（以下简称“嘉兴产发”）为“20闻川城投债/20闻川01”提供全额无条件不可撤销的连带责任保证担保，经联合资信评定，嘉兴产发主体长期信用等级为AAA，其担保显著增强了“20闻川城投债/20闻川01”本息偿还的安全性。
