Travel Expert (Asia) Enterprises Limited has announced its audited consolidated results for the year ending 31 March 2025. The company reported a revenue increase from continuing operations, reaching HK$255.2 million, up from HK$157.1 million in the previous year. The sales proceeds from travel-related products rose by 2.8%, from approximately HK$365.5 million to HK$375.8 million, while the gross profit margin for these products increased from 14.1% to 14.6%. The company recorded a net income attributable to the owners of HK$3.4 million, a decline from HK$9.0 million in the previous year. Earnings per share for the year stood at HK0.7 cents, down from HK1.8 cents the previous year. The Board has recommended a final dividend payment of HK0.8 cents per ordinary share, an increase from the previous year's HK0.7 cents, with no payment of a special dividend. In terms of business operations, the company continued to enhance its online trading platform, promoting a variety of travel products, and reported a fair value loss on financial assets of approximately HK$62,000. The company plans to continue monitoring the market and make prudent investment decisions to optimize surplus funds.
