智通财经APP讯，北亚策略(08080)公布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，收入约13.75亿港元，同比增加 5.4%;净亏损790.4万港元，同比收窄83.78%;每股亏损1.7港仙。
公告称，收入增长主要归因于本年度电动汽车行业客户的资本投入增加及寻求海外扩张计划的客户需求增加，高科技产品分销及服务分部的收入增加7.7%。
亏损乃由于香港物业市场下行，导致投资物业减值约1885.7万港元(其属非现金性质)，而去年并无有关减值。撇除减值的影响，集团扭亏为盈，由去年的亏损扭转为本年度的综合溢利约1095.3万港元。有关改善主要得益于高科技产品分销及服务业务分部的销售支援服务收入增加，加上行之有效的经营费用控制措施，致使毛利率有所增加。
