智通财经APP讯，莹岚集团(01162)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得净亏损及公司拥有人应占亏损分别约2040万港元及约1360万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度则为净亏损及公司拥有人应占亏损分别约2980万港元及约2980万港元。
预期净亏损减少乃主要归因于以下各项的合并影响所致：消防安全系统装置服务项目的毛利率上升，令毛利率上升;贸易应收款项及合约资产的减值净亏损拨回;集团整体的营运开支节省成本，令行政开支减少;扣除由于大部分项目已进入最后阶段，而若干新批出的大型项目仍处于早期阶段，故集团确认的收入减少;及年内就于中国投资短视频及动画制作的预付款项及影片权力作出减值亏损拨备。此外，公司拥有人应占的预期亏损减少乃主要由于分配亏损至非控股权益，而产生及分配至非控股权益的该等亏损乃由于中国短视频及动画制作业务所致。
