智通财经APP讯，康达环保(06136)公布，于2025年6月26日，公司的间接全资附属重庆康达环保产业(集团)有限公司拟向梁山城发水务集团有限公司出售梁山康达水务有限公司100%股权，总代价为人民币8000万元。
经考虑污水处理厂的当前营运状况及未来营运成本;污水处理厂设施及设备长远升级扩容改造的潜在资本开支;及梁山县政府结欠集团的未偿还污水处理费账龄，董事会认为出售事项将使集团节省大量污水处理厂的营运开支及潜在资本开支，透过出售事项获得即时现金流入，并将时间和资源分配到其他更有利可图的特许经营项目中。
