智通财经APP讯，益美国际控股(01870)发布公告，认购协议所载的所有先决条件已获达成，而认购事项已于2025年6月26日根据其条款及条件完成。已按认购价每股认购股份0.172港元成功配发及发行合共1.88亿股认购股份，相当于公司(i)于紧接认购事项完成前的已发行股本约25.2%;及(ii)经配发及发行所有认购股份扩大后及截至本公告日期的已发行股本约20.1%。
