智通财经APP讯，中加国信(00899)公布截至2025年3月31日止年度的年度业绩，持续经营业务收入为2004.4万港元，同比增长41.55%;公司拥有人应占亏损约4.52亿港元，同比扩大约53.1倍;每股亏损0.361港元。
公告称，收入增长主要得益于集团于2024年3月正式投产的瓶装矿泉水业务。湖南新田的管理层通过积极拓展客户群及加强水产品推广，以提高销售额及市场渗透率。
亏损增加乃主要由于：将转移至集团作为已付按金退款的物业的公平值于本年度下降，故就收购北京物业的已付按金作出减值亏损拨备;无形资产的减值亏损增加;应占联营公司权益的减值亏损增加;及投资物业的公平值变动亏损增加。
