肖慧琳已根据公司章程轮值退任独立非执行董事职务，并因其他个人事务，决定不在股东周年大会上膺选连任。因此，肖慧琳于股东周年大会结束后不再担任独立非执行董事。
周燕已获委任为独立非执行董事，自2025年6月27日起生效。
刘红已由非执行董事调任为执行董事，自2025年6月27日起生效。
自2025年6月27日起生效：(i)黄欣琪已不再担任审核委员会主席，提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员;及(ii)周燕已获委任担任审核委员会主席，提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员。
