万科今日召开2024年度股东会。会上，万科介绍了旗下物流仓储板块去年的发展情况，2024年实现营业收入39.7亿元，稳定期高标库出租率87%，冷链园区使用率78%。 万科物流仓储业务实现开业规模增长，核心业务布局47个城市，运营管理超160个项目，可租赁建筑面积1178万平方米，服务企业数量超3400家，2024年新开业面积56平方米，冷链运营服务规模处于行业第一。同时，万科物流仓储业务坚持高于行业要求的服务标准，上海临港、宁波北仑等冷链园区，多个客户年度质量安全审核位列全国第一；多个园区获得仓储和配送全球标准认证，其中5个园区获得AA级认证。
