6月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，北京中关村科技融资担保有限公司2024年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，北京中关村科技融资担保有限公司（以下简称“公司”）作为北京市国有的政府性融资担保机构，具有很强股东背景，保持很强的区域竞争优势；公司治理水平良好，风险管理水平较好；截至2024年末，公司担保业务规模较大，在科技类企业担保领域业务竞争力较强，融资性担保放大倍数处于行业一般水平。财务方面，2024年末，公司累计担保代偿率处于行业较好水平，资产质量较好；盈利指标有所下降，盈利能力仍属很强，杠杆水平较高；资本实力很强，资本充足性较好，代偿能力极强。
