Graphjet Technology Receives Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice

Graphjet Technology (GTI) said late Tuesday it has received a notice from Nasdaq for noncompliance with the minimum $0.10 per share bid price rule.

The notice also serves as an additional basis for delisting the shares, and the matter will be considered by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel at a hearing on July 17, according to the a news release.

The company said it plans to appeal Nasdaq's decision.
