智通财经APP讯，METASPACEX(01796)公布，于2025年6月27日，公司与壹点数智产业控股集团有限公司(壹点数智)签署战略合作协定。
根据战略合作协定，双方初步达成于适当时机公司将与壹点数智共同发展关于人工智能数智餐饮、数字权益、技术开发及线上大消费平台等多个领域的合作机会。双方还将拓展特色农产品数字化赋能领域，布局陈皮(即风干柑皮)等健康食品产业，通过标准化种植、智慧加工与供应链整合，打造“数字技术+传统产业”的创新模式。双方将根据市况继续扩大合作 范围，可能不定期召开高层会议讨论合作的模式、方向、进度及其合作专案的其他事宜。
在战略合作协定的框架下，该公司及壹点数智将在业务机会、市场讯息等各方面加强交流协作，互补共用。双方将重点围绕“壹点快炒”人工智能数智餐饮领域展开深度合作，共同推动中餐标准化、分布式供餐及“互联网+物联网”一体化的综合性解决方案。此次合作将充分整合数字餐饮产业上下游资源，联合优质供应商、技术服务商及渠道合作伙伴，构建从食材溯源、智能生产到终端配送的全链条协同生态，实现强强联合、互利共赢。
