6月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，中国人寿再保险有限责任公司2023年资本补充债券获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，中国人寿再保险有限责任公司（以下简称“中再寿险”或“公司”）市场份额稳居国内再保险行业首位，具有较强的行业地位和竞争优势，公司治理及内部控制体系运行良好；业务经营方面，中再寿险再保险业务整体稳步发展，分保费收入小幅增长，投资策略较为稳健，同时需关注市场利率下行、权益市场表现等因素对其投资资产价值及收益实现可能产生的影响；财务表现方面，中再寿险偿付能力保持充足水平，流动性风险可控，但整体盈利稳定性有待提升；此外，中再寿险作为中国再保险（集团）股份有限公司（以下简称“中国再保”）内专营人身再保险业务的全资子公司，能够在资本补充、风险管理、业务开拓等方面得到股东较大力度的支持。
