据知情人士透露，该基金通过双方支持的 SPAC（特殊目的收购公司）M3-Brigade Acquisition V Corp. 进行募资，计划配置比特币、以太坊及 Solana 等多类加密资产。由于谈判保密，这些人士要求匿名。
