智通财经APP讯，安保工程控股(01627)公布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，收 入约79.69亿港元，同比增长44.58%;净利约2.29亿港元，同比增长11.55%;每股盈利11.43港仙，建议末期股息每股6港仙。
公告称，收入增加主要由于项目按计划推进。 溢利未能与收入同步增长，主要是由于香港物业市场下调，集团取得一块租赁土地的减值亏损1.99亿港元。撇除减值亏损的影响，本年度溢利为约4.28亿港元，同比增加108.7%。
