粤海投资（00270）发布公告，公司直接全资附属公司水务控股、公司直接非全资附属公司粤港供水及水利勘测设计院于2025年6月26日订2025年水务项目设计及勘察服务框架协议，协议期限由2025年6月29日至2027年12月31日。

　　粤海水务科技集团可向粤投水务集团提供服务，包括：水质、环境及管道等检测服务；工程施工及设备安装等服务；升级及改造服务，例如电力管理系统、泵站、生产调度管理系统及水厂自动化功能的升级及改造服务等。
