经济观察网讯6月19日，兆易创新科技集团股份有限公司在港交所递交招股书，拟香港主板IPO上市，联席保荐人为中金公司和华泰国际。6月23日，兆易创新向港交所提交了招股书（修订版）。

兆易创新成立于2005年，自2016年8月于上交所A股上市，是一家多元化芯片设计公司。为客户提供包括闪存、利基型DRAM、MCU、模拟芯片及传感器芯片等多样化芯片产品，以及包括相应算法、软件在内的一整套系统及解决方案。根据弗若斯特沙利文的报告，以2024年销售额计，兆易创新是多个领域的市场领导者，全球唯一一家在NOR Flash、SLC NAND Flash、利基型DRAM和MCU领域排名均全球前十的集成电路设计公司。

招股书显示，兆易创新分别于2022年、2023年及2024年录得收入人民币81.3亿元、人民币57.61亿元及人民币73.56亿元。同期，公司分别录得调整后净利润（非国际财务报告准则计量）人民币22.56亿元、人民币2.58亿元及人民币12.6亿元，调整后净利润率（非国际财务报告准则计量）分别为27.7%、4.5%及17.1%。
