近日，有媒体拍到吴奇隆、刘诗诗带儿子同框现身，一家三口用完饭后出现在地下车库，之后由吴奇隆开车，带着刘诗诗和儿子回家休息。

此前，刘诗诗将所持股权转让给吴奇隆，许久未同框，引发网友对两人关系变化猜测。

5月21日，“曝刘诗诗吴奇隆离婚”的话题登上微博热搜。

爱企查App显示，刘诗诗名下关联10余家企业，其中超半数为开业状态，包括北京海润影业股份有限公司、江苏稻草熊影业有限公司、上海刘诗诗影视文化工作室等，刘诗诗为上述企业股东或投资人。吴奇隆名下关联的九江隆之心影视文化工作室（有限合伙）、江苏稻草熊文化传媒有限公司均已注销。

值得注意的是，江苏稻草熊文化传媒有限公司为吴奇隆与刘诗诗共同关联公司，吴奇隆在该公司担任董事长，刘诗诗间接持有该公司股份。

一段时间以来，刘诗诗吴奇隆婚姻状况持续引发外界关注。据潇湘晨报等媒体报道，2024年12月，网红博主王大发爆料吴奇隆刘诗诗已经离婚了。

今年2月，“刘诗诗将所持股权转让给吴奇隆”相关话题也曾登上热搜，引发网友热议。据悉，2月19日，江苏西子投资有限公司发生工商变更，原股东刘诗诗（本名：刘诗施）将所持5%股权转让给吴奇隆。
