中邮证券研报指出，三元股份持续推进机构改革，进一步优化职能，通过内部竞聘、市场化选聘等多种方式选用管理人员。改革后，公司总部部门从21个调整为14个，总部人员减幅46%。进一步优化资产结构，报告期内公司完成收购三元梅园股权，保全老字号品牌、北京市非物质文化遗产价值，培育优良赛道。目前，三元梅园门店达100家，扭转亏损历史，发展势头良好。完成艾莱发喜小股东5%股权退出，实现公司全资持股，进一步加大对重点培育单元冰淇淋业务的投资力度。多元渠道持续深化，全面优化客户结构，健全分销体系。深耕京津冀优势渠道，持续拓展兴趣电商、即时电商等新零售渠道。三元新鲜购线上社区团购、三元新鲜GO奶站、兴趣电商等渠道均有良好表现。公司2025年经营目标为力争在2024年营业收入基础上实现增长。
