在今日的股东会上，万科表示，2024年获金融机构大力支持，融资模式稳步转型，新增融资和再融资948亿元，新增融资综合成本3.54%，新增经营性物业贷293亿，已上报178个“白名单”项目。 万科介绍称，大股东深铁集团持续给予了公司大力支持，帮助公司进行资产和股权处置、参与消费基础设施REIT认购、积极协调各类金融资源等。今年以来，还多次提供股东借款支持。在各方积极支持下，万科2024年完成了约197亿境内外公开债券的兑付，2025年以来已偿付公开债超160亿元。
