中国科创产业投资(00339.HK) 公布，有关公司进行供股，于记录日期并无不合资格股东，因此概无不合资格股东未售出供股股份；及于最后接纳时限，已接获合共3,685.05万股供股股份的合共五份有效申请，相当于供股项下提呈发售供股股份总数的约25.6%。余下1.07亿股未获认购供股股份将受补偿安排所规限。
根据配售协议，公司已委任配售代理于供股最后接纳时限后按尽力基准向独立承配人配售未获认购供股股份及不合资格股东未售出供股股份。配售代理将按尽力基准不迟于7月2日下午4时30分前按不低于认购价的价格为该等所有未获认购供股股份寻找承购方。配售事项所变现的任何高出该等供股股份认购价；及配售代理开支总和之溢价将按比例支付予不采取行动股东。公司将不会发行任何未获配售的未获认购供股股份，供股的规模将相应缩减。
