创业集团控股(02221.HK) 公布，与海门经济技术开发区订立协议，公司拟于一个月内投资海门区城市生物质生物精炼与碳封存食品垃圾(餐厨垃圾)处理项目，投资金额为360万美元，而海门经济技术开发区同意提供基础设施支持及协助项目公司实施该项目。另外，公司亦将成立全资附属项目公司以营运及实施该项目。
该项目涉及设施的投资、开发、建设及营运，食品垃圾回收及利用厂的设计处理能力最终为每日200吨食品垃圾。于初期阶段，预计该工厂每日可处理100吨的食品垃圾。
公司指，项目是采用创新的“彭州模式”+“城市油田”的方式进行建设及营运的旗舰项目，将突破餐厨垃圾传统处理方式，实现推行全面商业化营运。倘该项目初期阶段显示处理能力不足以应付海门区每天产生的食品垃圾量，公司计划随后投资该项目的第二阶段，而该项投资将取决于初期阶段投产后的营运表现。(ss/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
