智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)早盘一度跌近4%，截至发稿，跌2.78%，报9.1港元，成交额6146.96万港元。
消息面上，维他奶国际昨日发布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，收入62.74亿港元，同比增长1%；股权持有人应占溢利2.35亿港元，同比增长102%；EBITDA实现8.36亿港元，同比增长22%；拟派发末期股息每股10.2港仙，上年同期为6.3港仙。另外，维他奶国际执行主席罗友礼在业绩会上表示，内地市场面临激烈的价格竞争，截至今年3月底止的下半年度，内地柠檬茶产品已减价10%至15%；惟目前价格已稳定下来，预告内地市场不会再减价，认为公司产品已具备相当的竞争力，市场已达饱和程度，香港市场亦无意调整价格。
里昂发布研报称，维他奶国际2025财年净利润，较该行预测低4%。另外，因中国内地饮料行业竞争加剧，该行基于不变的8.1%加权平均资本成本(WACC)，下调现金流量折现(DCF)基准，将其目标价从9.6港元下调至9.4港元，维持“持有”评级。报告指出，维他奶表示无意进一步降价，并计划通过改善执行力、创新和分销来扩大市场份额。里昂认为，尽管策略似乎有长远前景，但需要时间，因此对其短期销售表现保持谨慎。
