6月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，长江证券股份有限公司2022年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第二期)获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，长江证券股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）作为综合类中型上市证券公司，行业地位较高。公司风险管理体系完善，风险管理水平较高；公司已形成覆盖全国的营销网络体系，2024年分支机构数量仍位居行业前列；业务资质齐全，主要业务排名基本保持行业中上游水平，业务综合竞争力很强。财务方面，公司2024年营业收入同比微降，净利润同比大幅增长，盈利能力保持较强；截至2025年3月末，公司资本实力很强，资本充足性很好，杠杆水平有所下降，流动性指标整体表现很好。2025年一季度，公司营业收入和净利润同比均大幅增长。
