6月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，无锡市建设发展投资有限公司2022年度第一期中期票据获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，无锡市建设发展投资有限公司（以下简称“公司”）仍是无锡市重要的城市基础设施建设和国有资本运营主体，在无锡市内上述业务领域保持明显的区域专营优势。2024年，无锡市地区生产总值及一般公共预算收入均保持增长，公司外部发展环境良好，且继续获得外部支持。公司在治理结构、管理制度和高级管理人员方面均未发生重大变化。经营方面，2024年，公司主营业务收入主要来源于工程业务、类金融业务和林产品业务；其中工程业务收入主要来源于存量项目结转，暂无在建和拟建工程承包项目，业务持续性仍有待关注；类金融业务为公司主要利润来源，但相关风险控制及资金回收情况仍有待关注；林产品业务收入大幅增长，但毛利率仍为负。财务方面，跟踪期内，公司资产结构相对均衡，对外投资规模较大，存货、其他应收款及长期应收款对资金形成较大占用，资产流动性较弱；所有者权益稳定性一般；债务有所增长，债务负担较重；投资收益对公司利润总额贡献度较高，减值损失对利润总额形成较大侵蚀，盈利能力指标整体表现很强；短期偿债能力指标和长期偿债能力指标均表现一般，间接融资渠道较为畅通，或有负债风险相对可控。
