智通财经APP讯，力盟科技(02405)发布公告，林颖芝女士(林女士)因工作调整原因辞任本公司联席公司秘书职位(联席公司秘书);根据香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则(上市规则)第3.05条规定的授权代表(授权代表);及公司条例(香港法例第622 章)第16部项下代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的代理人(法律程序代理人)，自2025年6月26日起生效。
董事会进一步宣布，继林女士辞任后，黄沛翘女士(黄女士)已获委任为联席公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2025年6月26日起生效。
